Founding & Managing Attorney
Daniel Repchian
Former insurance-defense trial attorney now representing plaintiffs, families, and closely-held businesses across California.
Biography
Daniel Repchian began his legal career as a trial attorney representing major insurance carriers in California, where he evaluated thousands of claim files and prepared cases for trial. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how carriers assess exposure, reserve claims, and evaluate settlement risk. He later represented catastrophic injury victims and grieving families at a respected plaintiff firm, developing the advocacy skills needed to secure results in high-stakes personal injury matters. He founded Repchian Law to combine these complementary perspectives—rigorous case analysis and client-centered advocacy—to serve injured victims, families, healthcare operators, and closely-held businesses across California.
Daniel is admitted to practice before all California state courts.
