Daniel began his career representing major insurance carriers in California personal-injury litigation. He evaluated thousands of claim files, took and defended depositions, and prepared cases for trial — gaining firsthand insight into how carriers assess exposure, reserve claims, and evaluate settlement risk.

He founded Repchian Law to bring that analytical discipline to the representation of injured plaintiffs, grieving families, healthcare operators, and closely-held businesses across California.
